Sam, several pics have been showing up as broken links instead of thumbnails. It's unpredictable and inconsistent, but it seems to be getting worse. Thought I'd mention it. |

I've noticed that too
and another BUG report to add to this thread, but unrelated:
when you do a directory and try to scroll through the list, the listing is really slow and hangs a bit, like the new rss feature you added to it has screwed it up somehow, as it wasn't slow at all before that |

Are you see an "items remaining" count down in your info bar @ the bottom left of your screen?

well, it finishes those items (like the ads, etc), but then it kind of hangs, and the little 'explorer rotator' thingy that shows a page is downloading kind of freezes for some strange reason, not sure why those directory pages are glitching out my networking, but they never did before he put in the rss stuff and the other column |

ive noticed both.
i noticed the pic bug yesterday going through miley's album
the directory bug, for me it gets all the data etc so there is nothing left to download, but some names appear then i wait 10 seconds then more names come up and so on. |

Yeah, I've noticed both of them.
The thumbs bug is not random. There are some pics that are always affected. But you can open them perfectly.
The directory bug started when Sam added the RSS column. |

The broken thumbnail issues are caused by the new backup procedure.
For some reason the thumbnail is reported as backed up successfully on the image server, but it is not.
After I attempt to back it up a second time, the broken image is correctly backed up.
I will add a option under report, "report broken image" |

the broken image report button is now in place.
when you see a broken thumbnail, please report it.
if reporting it does not correct the problem, please send me a message. |

What web browser/version are you using, do you have any toolbars installed?
Could you try taking a screen shot as this is occurring, and upload it to the celebrity forums folder.

windows xp, just the google toolbar nothing else
I'll try to do a screenshot a little later but there is nothing unusual to see in it, the info bar at the bottom finishes so there is nothing in it when the glitch happens, it is basically a freeze up that is consistent with opening the directory with all the rss links on it, making it so painful as to be nearly unusable |
