Eliza Dushku has landed herself in a spot of bother with PETA (People for The Ethical Treatment of Animals) activists, after bragging about hunting Elk and showing off her Bow and Arrow skills (no wonder she was cast as a Vampire Slayer!). These revelations were heard on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday where she also revealed that she killed Elk in Colorado. Apparently this didn’t go down to well with the audience, so she tried to back peddle a bit..And when Kimmel took the actress to task for her hunting boasts, she defended her actions by stating, “When you’re in a relationship with somebody you have to, like, experience things that they do.” She added, “A lot of people eat meat… and I eat what I kill.”
You have to remember that we are living in a free world, and like it or not, people are entitled to make their own choice about what they do, if she was not a celebrity then this would have come and gone un-noticed by the public and the activists, but because she is in the spotlight she gets slated for the slightest thing, would be the same if she wore a fur coat, took drugs or had an affair with a married man, she is in a no win no win situation…so I say (as a carnivore myself), fair play, at least she ate what she killed, not like some people who just kill for the fun of it!

PETA can go fuck themselves. Absolutely worthless, whiney, hypocritical organisation... and they have a campaign called "Milk Sucks"; the name alone is supreme fail.

Well, I've always like the Dush Bush, but it soundz kinda hypocritical to me. I mean, if you hunt, even if it's because of a relationship that you're in, surrender your membership with/sponsorship of the organization. That's fine - nothing wrong with eating meat and dairy (I know I eat too much myself), just be consistent. I definitely like women who like meat...
