Seems like a body double, at least in the close-up, or they use alot of make-up, because the tattoo she has is missing.

I've seen in several interviews where she says she has a "no nudity" clause in all her movie contracts. I swear it's hard to tell though in some of her movies. They usually do a pretty good job of making it look like her. Especially The Sleeping Dictionary and Paranoid. I think it makes her hotter that she doesn't show the goods. |

True, but the difference is that you never saw her full body in one scene, like in this clip. However, her face is hard to see, so it's a toss-up. |
