 this is a new idea how we can solve the problem with the wallpapers in the girl main folders.
Sam, for the case it's possible, could you create a sub folder inside every girl main folder? so we could download wallpapers and maybe also avatars of a celeb in there.
I ask this because it seems to be a Sisyphean task of a few members to report pics as wallpapers during other members are uploading new wallpapers again and again. the sub folder would be available as link (put for example between the main images and the topics). the page views of a sub folder wouldn't flow in the page view account of the girl main folder.
two versions are conceivable:
1. only one sub folder for wallpapers & avatars
2. two sub folders, one for wallpapers & one for avatars
the advantages:
1. the hidden folders ´´Avatar`` and ´´Desktop Wallpaper`` would be relieved
2. no more problems with uploaded wallpapers and avatars (maybe apart from doubles)
3. it's easier for members to find a wallpaper or a avatar of a dedicated celeb
final point:
in my opinion fake images and X-ray images should further on stay and be uploaded in the adequate hidden folders.

Great idea.
I wouldn't mind seeing respective sub-folders so that all of a persons images could be found by looking up their name rather than dumped into one large misc. folder. Even if fakes/x-ray images are still hidden as sub-folders.
Seems like it would be more beneficial for the people interested in that person as one is more likely to browse their images located under their name rather than one folder with hundreds/thousands of misc. ones yet still achieves the same desired end result of not flooding the main folder with them. |

I'm sure there will come the day Sam must change things. this site is very successful and is rising very quickly. new features can avoid potential problems like in this case. the ´´Desktop Wallpaper`` folder for example won't more be clearly-presented when it's filled with thousands of different wallpapers. abintra made out that rightly. |

I am not sold on the idea of making sub folders.
Once you have two, why not 4 and so-on. We then get carried away.
Plus less famous people's sub folders would be empty, and empty is not good.
Another way you could do it, would be to post the new wallpapers and avatars in the forum posts. So people could find them if they were looking. Nothing stops you from cross posting images like this. |

OK, it mustn't be several sub folders. one would be enough for wallpapers and avatars.
and some members don't learn and won't stop to upload wallpapers in the main folders. |
